Welbrook Santa Monica

My mother has been here for several months now and it has been a positive experience all around. She is very happy with the staff, food, and activities. We are happy with the care she is getting and the communication between us and her caregivers. This was one of the most difficult decisions to make and the staff truly made the experience so much smoother.

My friend Molly has been living at Welbrook for the past 15 months after her daughter researched all the options for her mother’s care. Her choice was clearly a very good one. Not only is it clear that Molly is well cared for, but so too do the other residents appear to be. In addition to the facility being clean and inviting, the staff is very personable, professional, attentive, and kind.

I am deeply appreciative of all your staff did for my mother. I would like everyone working there to know that I firmly believe that although dementia is painful in many ways, the life you allowed my Mom to continue to lead was absolutely still worth living. When I would take her out, she was never bitter, or upset, or wanting to be somewhere else, and she still had her sense of humor. One thing that stuck with me throughout that I believe you all lived up to is describing Welbrook as ‘home’.

My mom was one of the first residents of Welbrook Santa Monica. Over the past five years we could not have been happier with the care she received. The dedicated staff took loving care of my mom and I will be forever grateful.

Our mother has been at Welbrook Santa Monica since the beginning of 2020. Despite the obstacles of the pandemic the skilled staff has been dedicated to taking good care of her. They are kind, attentive and keep us informed of the status of our mother’s health and how she is doing.
