Woodlake Loving Care

OMG. I have visited this place. It is shining clean, with very friendly personnel, various activities for residents, delicious food, and very kind and knowledgable administration. I really recommend this place for elderly who needs 24 hour care. They have private and shared rooms with enough natural light and top quality bathrooms.

If you are looking for a place that will take care of your loved ones with respect and dignity, look no longer. The way everyone treats your family member or friend here will put a smile on your face every time you visit. It really does feel like a home and stands out among the other assisted living facilities.

My Aunt lives in Woodlake for about 6 month. Woodlake welcomed her with open arms and made her feel like a part of their family immediately. The staff are caring and take excellent care of him. One of the medications my Aunt was taking was very expensive so I wanted a 90 day supply through his mail order pharmacy. Woodlake set up a new process outside of their norm to accommodate the mail order. This resulted in saving hundreds of dollars. The cost of living at Woodlake is very reasonable and having a furnished room was a huge help. My family was always impressed with how clean and tidy the facility was. In general, we were pleased with where my Aunt is able to live the last few years of his life. Our family highly recommends Woodlake Loving Care.

Truthfully, if I could add more stars to Yelp’s system, I would definitely do so for Woodlake loving care! Shakila runs a world class operation. Positivity. Professionalism. Empathy. Friendship. These are just some of the words I can begin to describe about the amazing team at Woodlake loving care and their incredible team of care givers. When you get to the point where you need care it can be very scary and daunting, sad and hard to swallow. The team at Woodlake loving care not only eased the pain of what we were dealing with emotionally, but more importantly became part of our FAMILY. Both my Grandmother and mother required care at the same time; different care givers – different needs. But Woodlake loving care placed the BEST people with both of our family members, to the point where my grandmother emphatically used to say she didn’t know what she would do with out her “best friend”. They do so much for us,they make the most delicious Persian food every day. different kind of activities and I can never thank them enough for all the little and big things that go well beyond daily care for my dad I could not recommend a better company to take care of our loved ones.

My Mother has Alzheimer’s disease. Like so many families, we struggled navigating the disease as she moved from mild cognitively imparted to ALZ. Finding the right Adult Care was a huge challenge. Everything changed in April when we moved our Mom into Woodlake loving care. My sister and I have been so impressed with the care she has received. She has improved and is using a walker in lieu of a wheelchair! Shakila and the entire Woodlake loving care’s team are exceptional. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our mother.
