Yorba Linda Pines & Villas Apartments

We've lived here for over 3 years now and it's been great the entire time. The leasing office staff is very professional and responsive. Also, they do a great job of upkeep around the common areas (landscaping, painting, etc.). Finally, the maintenance team is awesome. Alan, Ruben , and Raul are very professional, quick, and accommodating. It's worth every penny living here.

I lived at YLP for 9 years! I found them especially kind and professional, especially Massara. It's a quiet, friendly place and definitely the only place I had a 2-car garage. I miss that now. If budget permits, rent an updated unit. It is beautiful and the W/D is a must for today's living. The master bedroom is huge and comfortable. Again, the management is 100% on your side. They truly care. I only left as my son graduated college and I downsized. They have a great pet policy as well.

We moved here from out of state, and we love it. The pool area is clean, there is lots of space, and everyone is friendly. The other day my dishwasher stopped working and Raul came by right away to test it. He is always very friendly and kind. They had to order a replacement, but just a few days later they replaced the whole machine in under an hour. No worries and no questions, they just took care of it. Now it's working great! Thanks to Raul's hard work and thanks to Ruben, Bryan, and Massara for all the help.
