An excellent place to care for our loved ones

Our 97-year old mother is so happy at the Care Center. Our experience of the staff and how they are treating her is excellent. We had so many fears of putting our mother in a long-term health facility - and we are now so relieved that she has good 24-hour care and is being provided the services she needs to have a happy and peaceful last years of her life. Thank You! Update: mama is now 99… she keeps thriving in the loving environment surrounded by a great nursing/CNA staff who keep a close eye on all the patients. Myrna, the Activities Manager is an angel. She and her staff go out of their way to entertain the residents. Matt, the Maintenance Manager works around the clock to keep up with what facilities need to be comfortable for the patients. A couple of the patients play the piano, and Noel, a CNA is a fantastic singer. They have spontaneous little concerts, and festivities around all the holidays, including Hawaiian luaus. Mama has a little family of friends who care for each other, including their relatives. It’s a great place for our mama!

I was stunned that the admin, Mike Falco, gives his personal number to the residents if they need something. He cares a lot about their quality of life.

As a partner in providing quality healthcare for seniors I always rely on Capistrano Beach Care Center to take care of my patients. The facility and staff is top class and are always there for me when I need them. I would not entrust skilled nursing services in a facility to anyone else.

My mother was there a month ago and this facility- Capistrano Beach Care Center is a very good place to put your loved one. My mother was taking care of excellent by all staff at Capistrano Beach Care center. the care of the Cha's, Nurses are very caring people. The Activity Department staff was so kind and lifted my mother's spirits and made her happy again. The Therapy department was also very good. My mother came in a weak and came out stronger giving her quality of life back. I highly recommend Capistrano Beach Health Care and I give 5 stars. PB

I love this facility, In fact I chose it out of many others. I have been a local here for decades and have even volunteered back in the 80's. Which is why I chose CCB. From the reception desk to the kitchen, and nursing staff, rehab, everyone and everything is above 5 star. It is always very clean, the staff is always very genuinely caring and kind. They always cheerfully go out of their way to help out whenever anyone needs it. I notice everything, and I can say the whole facility is ran so professionally. The Activities Director Myrna Anderson is awesome. My mother LOVES her and calls her "Myrna Loy" the old screen actress. Myrna is on top of everything! We LOVE her! She is awesome, sweet, professional and personal. In my experience, she keeps everything ship shape and running smooth. The daily activities are geared for exercise, games and volunteer entertainers which the residents love so much. Not to mention the exterior areas, which is always so peaceful and the grounds kept up and lovely. My mother loves sitting out there when we come to see her. They keep all the residents (that are able) active and they love it. I love the fact that this facility is smaller and set a ways back from the street, It is so quiet and refreshing. It is close to the ocean so the weather is always lovely, and sea breezes are wonderful. I cannot say enough about this nursing home. I highly recommend it!
