Jane Mundt at Next Step Senior Care was a total and complete life-line for me. Both my elderly parents fell on the same night and both fractured their hips. Because of this, they could never go home and their lives would be forever changed. It was a race against the ticking clock to find them a senior board and care by the time they were discharged from a skilled nursing facility; one that would work within their budget. The stress I felt was unimaginable. I knew I needed help with finding the right board and care, because simply Googling board and cares in my area was completely overwhelming. I found Next Step and Jane worked tirelessly to find the right place for my parents. She is so empathic, caring, knowledgeable, and goes way beyond what is expected. Like I said, she truly was a life-line for me. I can't recommend Next Step Senior Care and particularly Jane Mundt more. She is AMAZING!!

She is very knowledgeable as she has lived this journey with family members. She took me to see 3 board and care facilities and discussed many options with me. Next Step Senior Care is wonderful! They are the "perfect" resource for finding top rated facilities for your elderly loved one. We were not happy with the original senior home we found on our own, and it also turns out that it was documented as a bad facility with serious complaints and infractions filed with the state. Next Step Senior Care helped me relocate my Mom out of that bad senior home, and into a "top rated" senior care home. Next Step Senior Care has been a wealth of knowledge and an absolute God sent! We are extremely happy with our current senior care home they found for us, and also helped us again with recommending an excellent hospice company for my mother's unique health care needs. I am forever grateful...thank you Next Step!

Jane was a fantastic trainer for both exercise and breathing techniques. She offered a lot of resources both graphic and material I could listen to, to practice my breathing. The nice thing is that there has been a lot of carryover. After eight weeks of training, two months later I am still using the exercises and the breathing techniques. I find I have ways to make progress with the techniques which Jane introduced. Reaching my goals is a continuous process, but I now have the tools to attain them.

This experience could have turned out much different had it not been for Jane at NextStep Care Placement. She met with us and really took the time to learn what we needed. Every place that Jane showed us was beyond my expectations. My mother is now living around the corner from me in a beautiful home. The care staff is amazing!!! With the large amount of Board & Care facilities in our area, I would have never been able to find the right place on my own. Jane only took us to places that fit our needs. This saved us a considerable amount of time, but most importantly, I am 100% confident that my Mom is now living and being cared for the way she should be!! Thank you JANE!!!!!!
