My family and I are so pleased with the outstanding care mom receives here. The staff is skilled and compassionate, and understands Mom’s individual needs. They also display a great sense of humor and provide engaging activities. The entire atmosphere is pleasant, welcoming, beautifully maintained, and clean. Mom calls it home which says a lot!

Several years before Mom needed to move to a care residence we began visiting several highly regarded places in and around Pasadena. Regency Park Oak Knoll met and exceeded everything on our list. As Mom’s dementia increased and it became clear that she could no longer live alone, we knew that Regency Park Oak Knoll was the best next home for her. Within just the first few weeks of Mom’s move, we learned how important the things are that Regency Park Oak Knoll does that we never considered and could not have known until Mom actually lived there. And that is: how much they care for not just the resident, but also the family. We get timely and detailed reports so that we can communicate with Mom’s doctor, frequent communication about effects of any medication changes, observations about how Mom is doing in her daily life, and detailed information about interaction with staff and other residents. We receive input from all departments. Regardless of who answers the phone when I call, they know immediately who I am, who Mom is, and give me a quick report about how she’s doing that day before they transfer my call to her. It is so reassuring to know that your loved one is not just being “looked after” but genuinely cared for and of interest to those who work there so that they can make the resident’s life as good and happy as possible and also reassure the family. Regency Park Oak Knoll is our family and we love them.

The staff at Regency Park Oak Knoll is always super friendly and willing to help. They always get the job done for your loved one. I would definitely recommend this place.

We moved my Mom to Regency Park Oak Knoll about 14 months ago from an independent assisted living facility. She needed more care & to be in an environment that catered to individuals with memory loss. Loved ones of several friends had been at Regency Park Oak Knoll and they were all very complimentary. Our experience has been quite positive and I would highly encourage any families considering a memory care community for their loved one to look into Regency Park Oak Knoll. The staff is caring, considerate & well trained. They are very resident focused & take the time to understand each individual’s needs. Activities are numerous & provide the residents stimulation & companionship. The facility is well maintained, has a large outdoor area & the atmosphere is upbeat. During the Covid health crisis, Regency Park Oak Knoll has worked hard to keep the residents safe while enabling communication between the resident & family members. We are so thankful for Regency Park Oak Knoll!

The minute I pull up on the street and walk in I can hear Alfonso playing guitar music in the patio, there’s karaoke in the living room, and oftentimes cookies are baking in the café.
