I'm indebted to Tranquility Sands for giving my mother and I some peace in her final days .And in my home. I'm sure it's not necessary to express the horror of losing a mother. I can’t express enough gratitude to Tranquility Sands Hospice and especially to Tristan, who truly went above and beyond in caring for my father during his final days. Tristan’s dedication and compassion were evident from the very beginning. In the middle of the night, he drove nearly two hours just to be there with my family and ensure my father was comfortable and at peace. This act of selflessness made such an impact on us. From setting everything up to providing consistent, compassionate care, Tristan and the entire Tranquility Sands team were a source of comfort and strength. Every step of the way, they treated my father and our family with such genuine kindness and respect, making us feel like we were in the best possible hands. Tristan’s support during that difficult time brought us peace and reassured us that my father was receiving the highest quality of care. Thank you, Tristan and Tranquility Sands Hospice, for your dedication and warmth. You gave us the gift of comfort and care when we needed it most, and we will always be grateful.

This was a very welcoming place. I felt so at ease knowing how I felt about the people that ran the hospice care! They were all just amazing!! Thank you for making my dad comfortable for his last few days of life. I would recommend this facility to all!!

My husband passed a week ago after a hospital stay of 6 days. Never would I have imagine that I was being asked to seek hospice support. His daughter and I met with the hospital social worker who explained nothing to two women who had never dealt with hospice care and what services it offered. The social worker literally handed us a 2 page list of hospice providers and 15 brochures. We were informed that we had 24 hrs to make a decision and to google each one, pick one and get back to her. Needless to say we were devastated. 2 hours later a hospital employee dropped by and we asked her about hospice. She named a few and told us that Tranquilly Sands are local in the Coachella Valley and can meet with us right away. I contacted them and 2 charming gentlemen from Tranquility Sands spent several hours with us navigating us through a caregiving system we knew nothing about. Board and care tours were scheduled for the next day in close proximity to my home in La Quinta. Returned to the hospital and the Dr. discharged my husband so off to Caring Hearts for the Elderly, Board and care. He was expected to live 1-3 weeks but he only lived 1 more day. I can’t thank Tranquility Sands enough for their efficiency, attention to detail and most of all their gentle, mannerism with the client when handling a situation that is personally devastating of losing a love one. They took care of every detail necessary for the comfort of the patient.

There are few words that can express the gratitude we have for ALL the staff at Tranquility. They showed true heartfelt loving kindness during a difficult time and were always available to help. People speak about hospice caregivers as Angels, this an accurate description of the entire staff. Patrick, Howard, Tristin, and Cathee will always be a part of story when speak about this time of our lives. May God continue to bless you in your service to others.

As a family, we are so grateful for Tristan and the rest of the team. Tristan explained every aspect of what we could expect during our father's time in hospice. We never had a question unanswered or a procedure not explained. Our dad was grateful for the care and concern he received in his last days. Each person we dealt with was kind and caring. I can confidently say this is THE BEST Hospice Service to trust for your loved one during these overwhelming times.From the moment Tranquility stepped into our home, it was evident that we were in compassionate and capable hands. Equally important and impressive, Tristan’s response time was reasonably quick whenever we needed medical assistance, equipment, more supplies, or any other type of in-home support.Throughout my aunt's journey, Tristan and his team demonstrated extraordinary patience, taking the time to truly understand her needs and provide personalized care tailored to her preferences. My Aunt had progressing Dementia, so at times she was not an easy or pleasant personality to care for. She had some moments where she would get verbally aggressive and physically uncooperative but their caregivers went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and dignity, making her feel respected and heard even when she did not treat them the same. Shout out to you Edith!What truly stood out was the depth of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by the entire Tranquility team. Their ability to navigate complex situations with grace and compassion was truly remarkable. They provided invaluable support not only to my aunt but also to our entire family, offering guidance, reassurance, and comfort during the most difficult moments.In reflecting on our experience, "outstanding" feels like an understatement. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Tranquility Sands Hospice. They took care of me and my husband at one of the most difficult times in my life. From the first call to Tristan, he was compassionate and mobilized Patrick to meet me at the hospital in person to discuss their services. Patrick was also very compassionate and was able to put me and my family at ease with this very difficult decision to transition my husband to hospice. By the time I said okay, they were working behind the scenes to have my husband transported from ICU to his final resting place. They found an amazing board and care and arranged for me to see it first to make sure I felt comfortable. They communicated every step of the way. I was notified when my husband arrived so I could go spend time with him. Howard met me there and made sure my husband had everything he needed. The team at Caring Hearts for the Elderly was amazing and provided the best care to my husband. They were available to ask questions and offer assistance at any time. I never felt alone in the process at all. I will be eternally grateful for Tranquility Sands Hospice for their exceptional care, compassion, and dignity provided to my family and husband during his transition from this world.

Howard and his staff helped us with our father's final months. No one could have been more compassionate, helpful, prompt in response. Whatever we needed from medicine to a bed - all we did was ask. Hospice is tough but Tranquility Sands made it so much better. Our love to Howard and all the good people who caringly saw my father to the end.

First I must say Patrick was the most outstanding person professional and personal man I have ever encountered for help and encouragement too me and my family during the most tragic time for our family. Patrick exceeded all areas of expectations. Patrick also went far beyond supporting and assisting my sister and I which are 2700 miles away, Howard was also a blessing too us. Hospice care is not an easy subject to think about, nor is it an easy time to go through with a loved one. However, the individuals with whom my family and I worked with at Tranquillity Sands Hospice were amazing in that they made the transition of our Dad's care into hospice so easy and gentle, which was much needed and appreciated by my sisters and I. From beginning to end, everyone was professional, responsive, and respectful of our family's needs and wishes. Dementia is a difficult disease for both the individual and their family to live through, and not only did everyone including Celina, Howard, Tristan and Patrick understand that, but they also made my family and I feel that our journey with our Dad's diagnosis was theirs too. Everyone had given their attention to our Dad and our family while we navigated through the progression of his dementia, and each had provided good and honest guidance, and made us feel included and comfortable in our Dad's care. For this, and all their support, we are truly grateful.

Tranquility Sands Hospice staff did a great job with my dad. From the first day I met with Tristan he assured me that they will make sure my dad is as comfortable as possible. It was difficult for my family to deal with the situation but Tristan was very supportive and understanding.Shoutout to Edith who i think is the best caregiver, my mom loves her. She came twice a week to bathe my dad, she does her job very professionally well.Our family is very grateful for having such professional team to work with my dad.
