Dearest Nanci, I wonder what words of encouragement I may offer to anyone in need of exemplary staff. My sister and I called you out of the blue, when my brother-in-law was rushed to Eisenhower Medical Center. We have been on a roller coaster ride, and the news of his pneumonia was critical. Our family was devastated and gutted. You were such a welcome voice in our darkest hour, you were there for us night and day. You managed to find staff, when the world is understaffed, and hospitals are full to capacity, they were outstanding, caring and most professional. I truly don’t know what we would done with out you. I pray we don’t need you, but THANK-God you were there. It is awful to attach a price when your loved one is critical, but your prices were so reasonable for the outstanding service you provided. My sister, that we spoke of, was due for knee replacement surgery the first week of Feb, but naturally she put that off until Tim is out of the woods. You will be the first one I call to assist when she reschedules her much needed surgery. Anyone in need of outstanding service 24/7 I urge them to contact your suburb company.
